Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role located in Vancouver, BC. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivables, overseeing payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop financial strategies and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations and standards
• Knowledge of Canadian tax is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
