Description & Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will architect and implement talent acquisition strategies across all functional needs within our Canadian-based positions for our North American zone. This individual will bring a keen eye for talent and will lead development and management of a talent pipeline across all Canada-based needs. The successful candidate will perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification- outreach- negotiation- and offer execution for active and future talent. They will deliver qualified and diverse slates- and they will maintain excellent relations with all team members – including TA partners- HR partners- functional leaders- and other supporting leaders as appropriate – while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process!
The Talent Acquisition BP will provide consultative advice to hiring managers and senior leaders regarding candidates’ viability. This individual will apply advanced recruitment methodologies designed to convert best talent in a driven environment. They will steer and influence position structuring by providing critical and current market data- and they will curate external relationships to advance the Kraft Heinz employer brand across markets and professional communities.
Primary Responsibilities
Create comprehensive recruitment strategies rooted in business needs of today and tomorrow across all needs for any Business Units or Functions within the North American zone based in Canada- outside of our Manufacturing plant.
Deliver diverse talent pools for active requisitions and proactive introductions for the future; curate a network of key talent in support of org planning needs
Propose and lead initiatives to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce and culture to Kraft Heinz- including carrying out relationships with external association & community partnerships
Conceptualize and support branding strategies that successfully attracts best talent to Kraft Heinz
Continuously learn our business- our component functions- the connected job responsibilities- and the overall vision and shared goals of the positions and talent we strive to attract
Create and maintain strong working partnership with leaders- vendors- community organizations- and other team members to yield success- predictable results and credibility
Architect- lead and coordinate all communication with candidates and hiring managers
Influence by providing informative market data to advise decisions to elevate the quality & diversity of our organization
Draft and maintain strictest data quality of all talent communication- including position specifications- interview assessments- and post-interview debrief notes; preserve accurate and well-ordered documentation to maintain compliance adherence
Remain informed of trends and innovative techniques; deploy state-of-the art practices
Deliver highest client service- maintain high recruitment standards and consistently complete with operational excellence
Anticipate the future; deliver recommendations for long-term- strategic (programmatic) and proactive recruiting solutions to always be ahead of business demand
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of career experience required
Colleague who thrives in a fast paced- vibrant environment; handles ambitious demands and feedback while continuously optimizing output required
5+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a large- complex in-house recruiting team or credible recruiting agency required
Written/spoken capabilities with the Canadian-French language a plus
Direct experience in Commercial/Corporate functions like Sales- Marketing- Finance- Supply Chain- etc. highly preferred
Results focused individual with a keen eye for talent and excellent judgment who works independently to make things happen and who desires to lead change through to fruition
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity & desire to exhibit understanding of business process knowledge
Excellent project management- writing- and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
Success commanding attention and respect of senior level leaders; confirmed as a people-focused performer who gains credibility naturally at all levels of an organization
Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately
Experienced knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting; energized by proactive outreach- innovative sourcing- and talent community building across functional areas
Extensive experience using modern recruitment tools platforms- including ATS- CRM- and social networking tools; experience with Workday or Avature- or an equivalent- a plus
