Role Description
As a Centre Assistant at our Kumon franchise location, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Instructor and contributing to the center’s smooth operation. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Grading Support:
- Accurately and Efficiently grade student classwork/ homework
- Monitor students’ progress, assist in tracking/ recording student performance
2. Centre Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, ensuring a quiet and focused atmosphere for students to learn.
- Help with organizing learning materials and supplies.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Centre Instructor and other team members to create a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and improvement of our Kumon centre.
4. Learning and Development:
- Participate in Kumon training and development programs to enhance your skills and understanding of the Kumon method.

Qualifications
- Working towards/ Completed High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Patience and a genuine interest in working with children and their parents.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred (Not required to apply)
Hours of Operation
Flexible shift timings are available during the following hours:
Tuesday (3:30pm-7:30pm)
Wednesday (3:30pm-7:30pm)
Thursday (3:30pm-7:30pm)
Friday (3:30pm-7:30pm)
