The Director of Operations at Kuthala Transport will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire operations including dispatch, accounting, safety & compliance.
Director of Operations Responsibilities :
- Must have well knowledge of daily operations.
- Must deal with situations.
- Communicate with Drivers.
- Must Perform Orientations and complete all related & required paperwork.
- Must enforce company policies and take disciplinary actions, when policies are violated.
- Train staff for new tasks.
- Bring business on Board.
- Cover absences of staff.
- Manage and supervise all trucks and trailers have all related documents, authorities, permits and plates updated.
- Must be able to actively monitor CVOR, Abstract, CSA, PSP, MVR, ELD Regulations, Driver Logs.

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
