The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, implementing automation for reporting, and enhancing forecasting models. Your role will involve developing and maintaining dashboards, performing predictive analytics, and contributing to the modernization of our systems and processes.
Responsibilities:

Automate modeling and forecasting, delivering regular reports and building monthly review decks for key stakeholders.

Develop live SIS dashboards focusing on revenue, forecasting, and client sentiment reporting.

Propose and implement ServiceNow best practices, leveraging the platform to create actionable insights.

Construct a client portal for self-serve functionalities, reducing customization time and enhancing document and message control.

Build robust metrics to detect patterns for training needs and staffing requirements based on call volumes and forecasting.

Create a tool for support desk troubleshooting via keyword-based solutions, improving efficiency.

Analyze historical data to determine points of failure, aiding in training and automation decisions.

Assist in the implementation of CMDB for SIS and contribute to predictive analytics for seasonal planning and staffing.
Who You Are
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building dashboards, staffing models, and predictive analytics.

Preferred experience in banking/securities industries.

Proficiency in forecasting methodologies and tools.

Strong background and experience working with ServiceNow.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

This position is a hybrid role – some office sessions for mapping and planning with teams at the Markham office
