About your next Challenge as a Human Resources Technician :
Reporting to IMS Segment Associate Manager Total Reward located in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada office, the technician will provide technical support in human resources and benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain data integrity in the HR management system, by creating employees’ file, processing requests of change and codifying group insurance coverage, etc.
- Extract various reports from the HR management information system.
- Prepare HR management statistics.
- Provide support to the HR Coordinator and paymaster upon request.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners.
- Profile management for employees on disability leave & facilitate required interactions by those employees.
