We are excited for our next phase of growth and have an opportunity for you to join us as our Recruitment and Training Coordinator. The Recruiting and Training Coordinator will provide oversight of services to the Recruitment and Training team with the responsibility to own and execute the administrative and operational processes that create an excellent candidate and training experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Recruitment
Responsibilities may include managing calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Responsible for the scheduling interviews via Outlook/Teams with hiring teams
Review of resumes and execution of a prescribed phone screen process to determine the experience and fit of candidates for a position
Work independently, exercise judgment, and determine the best course of action to take to ensure the candidate experience represents the MaxPeople brand
Collaborate with recruiters to create and establish the execution of recruitment campaigns to tap into talent communities
Identify appropriate candidate sources and conduct outreach programs while maintaining relationships and communications for ongoing sourcing
Participate in the recruitment cycle as needed to complete candidate phone screens to determine best-qualified individuals for recruiters to consider for interviews in support of our strategy for entry level roles
Maintain “business partner” approach when interacting with leaders and stakeholders
Develop and deliver standard or ad hoc reporting as requested
Post open requisitions on company website, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
Help to manage the Applicant Tracking System and assist with configurations when required
Conduct employment reference checks on junior to mid-level roles
Training
Develop learning materials with guidance from the Learning and Development Specialist
Create, format and refresh learning materials including electronic and printed workbooks, toolkits, activity sheets, fillable PDF slides and/or toolkits
Research and compile information on hot topics in Human resources, leadership, management, and personal effectiveness at work
Assist with the development of eye-catching, meaningful, and on-brand presentations with a high-level of attention to detail
Help foster the learner experience and “keep the learning alive” post-sessions
Recording management including downloading, storing, edit/trimming and send as required
Post-session follow-up including, feedback links, recordings, additional learning materials
Send exciting session reminder emails
Create feedback form links, generate results, and assist with client-debrief calls
Assist with the management of classroom logistics (virtual and in-person)
Set up Zoom rooms with polling, surveys, registration, etc.
Assist with running back-end platform as a technology back-up including polling, breakouts, etc.
Liaise with clients for on-site training to ensure an effective in-person classroom set up
Administration and Coordination duties
Schedule learning events with all pertinent details
Keep accurate logs of training events and pipeline projects and adjust as needed
Assessment Management: Send via admin portal, check status, send reminders, batch generate results, send and store assessment results, create team assessment charts
The successful candidate will:
A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS TEAMs and Zoom
