We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our plant-based restaurant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for plant-based cuisine, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is very much a “HANDS ON” type of job!

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Financial Management: Manage budgetary concerns, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of plant-based dishes.
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
