Lake Excavating Ltd. Looking for Admin Assistant at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Full Time

• Position: Office Administrator
• General responsibility: To provide the management with a full, efficient administrative support

What You Will Do

• Answer phones and greet visitors in a helpful, courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Word processing and document production duties, including preparation of reports and letters, photocopying, scanning and binding, data entry
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Set up and track distribution of laptops and cell phones
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Receive, sort and distribute the mail
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Troubleshooting issues with internet, phones, printer, etc
• Pull invoices for cheque runs
• Arrange couriers
• Print drawings
• Prepare site binders
• Prepare bid binders
• Ensure the office space is well maintained and clean, including the kitchen area.
• Perform other administrative duties as management may delegate

• 4 years administration experience
