Lansdowne P.S. – 1.0 – Core French/PJI Prep (Immediate-March 28, 2024)

Qualifications/Experience

• Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification in the respective Division and subject area;
• Special Education Part 1 minimum is required for Resource positions;
• experience in stated assignment is preferred;
• knowledge of current curriculum directions;
• excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with students, parents and staff;
• positive interaction as part of the school team;
• consistent and fair classroom management;
• working with youth in a variety of settings;
• working with indigenous young people is an asset;
• electronic report card experience is an asset;
• computer skills are an asset;
• music is an asset.
