LandSure Systems Ltd. (LandSure) is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team!

LandSure is a subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation that manages BC’s land title and survey systems. Our team of nearly 100 employees supports the LTSA through information system consulting services, project management, customer support, and communications.

Our employees can work either entirely in the office, or a hybrid of both remote and in-office. What you’ll do:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in helping both the LTSA and LandSure source and hire top talent to join our teams. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical roles.

As the first Talent Acquisition Specialist on our collaborative and driven HR Team, you’ll be encouraged to develop innovative approaches to find both active and passive candidates. Finding the best and brightest people isn’t your only superpower. You love using data and technology to improve workflows, maximize efficiencies, and ensure our candidates and internal leaders have an exceptional hiring experience.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines through a variety of methods such as social, ATS, referrals, and networking events to ensure we’re hiring top talent that reflects a diversity of ideas and experience to help us drive innovation.
• Manage the recruitment life cycle from developing job descriptions and candidate screening through to offer acceptance.
• Support HR onboarding to ensure a warm welcome and effective integration for all new hires.
• Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers including measuring and analyzing how to continually enhance the process.
• Collect and analyze recruitment metrics and suggest and implement improvements to workflows and tools.
• Work with our Communications Manager to help build brand awareness and excitement.
• Co-create our recruitment strategy to ensure we’re ready to meet the future needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects to help us reach our recruitment, retention, and learning and development goals.
• Act as a culture ambassador for the LTSA and LandSure Systems.

We encourage you to apply if you have:
Education and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing technical candidates.
• CPHR designation or CPHR in progress.
• Experience working in a small/medium sized tech organization preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates.
• DEI education and experience an asset.
