LARCO-HR Looking for Logistics Administrator – Fully Remote (Bilingual in Mandarin & English) at Remote Full Time

Logistics Administrator – FULLY REMOTE POSITION – Must live in BC, Canada

We are an e-commerce fulfillment platform designed to support customers logistical requirements throughout North America.

Through a combination of company owned assets and partnering with best in class warehouse, middle-mile providers, and final mile couriers throughout North America, we can offer our customers an alternate delivery option to the USPS, Canada Post, Fedex, and UPS. Straightship provides the logistics to allow our clients to effortlessly access their customers directly and efficiently.

Purpose & Objectives:

The Logistics Administrator position is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience working in the logistics industry supporting international shipping operations or freight-forwarding, or a minimum working knowledge of warehouse operations (ex: Amazon) and is able to audit, enter and analyze large amounts of entries and data to ensure accuracy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry and auditing
• Auditing customer invoices to ensure data is accurate
• Identify any inaccuracies with invoicing and collaborate to ensure invoices are updated
• Update excel documents and create pivot tables for reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Initiate and monitor extra-charge requests and approvals
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure required info & paperwork is available for timely billing
• Other admin tasks as assigned
• Properly follow and lead company policies and all legal and regulatory requirements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-years of related customer service experience
• Experience working in the logistics or warehouse environment – industry knowledge is key
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word); in particular, very strong working knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
• Enjoys working with data and Excel and is analytical
• Self-starter with an ability to stay motivated in a fully remote work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong email management skills
