Java 8 OCJP or Java 11 OCJP Certification 1) Strong hands-on experience in Java & Microservices. 2) Primary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Oracle SQL 3) Secondary Skills: JSON, XML 4) Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience as Java technologies. 5) Willing to cross-skill himself on other technologies used in project. 6) Any prior experience with tools like BitBucket, Jira, Confluence, VSCode, Eclipse, GIT Bash would be an added advantage. 7) Strong communication skills to handle stakeholders, clients & business users.
