This role sits within LBC Tech, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank.
The incumbent is responsible for the daily administration and processing of various financial products, in accordance with Laurentian Bank of Canada’s standards, policies, procedures and established SLA’s. The incumbent will be expected to support or answer internal/external partners’ inquiries, regarding the products administered within the department, while providing a consistent level of superior customer service as well as providing subject matter expertise for department projects and initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining and updating reports.
