Legal Growth Marketing Looking for Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

Mantra Digital is looking for an experienced growth marketing specialist/ABM marketer to join our remote marketing team. As leaders in the lead generation space, we have a strong understanding of the growth marketing mindset and are looking for a leader to really take the organization to the next level. Mantra Digital is a turnkey marketing growth agency for internal brands such as The Legal Helpers, Growth.Legal, The Accident Helpers, and Meera.ai; along external agency clients whom we manage media for. This role is designed to start as a mid level marketing manager but long term our vision is to have this candidate grow into a senior level marketing position and entrepreneur to help grow the agency side of the Mantra Digital Agency.

The job requires:

• 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus in Saas or account based marketing automation.
• Experience with trigger based marketing and segmentation, CRM and email marketing systems.
• 2 years experience in the major digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, Linkedin etc.) A plus for experience in coordinating SEO agencies with a proven track record of growth.
• Graphic design experience & education a bonus.
• Marketing Degree, Marketing Certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow agency business

The job duties include:

• Provides input on which industry related tradeshows, industry events, etc. to attend.
• Manages the cataloguing of all project content (photographs, videos, testimonials, etc.).
• Aids in the creation of content for the website.
• Managing media implementation and budget management for external clients
• Managing media implementation, budget, and creative development for internal organizations
• Coordinates with the outsourced digital marketing contractors through Upwork to ensure the results are meeting expectation, problem solves if off track, oversees that updates are made to the website.
• Acts as the contact point for and distributes online leads to appropriate Sales Team members.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and annual marketing reports to measure program success (e.g. campaigns, social media, etc.).
• Creates, manages and shares the marketing calendar.
• Uses Zoominfo to segment lists and targeted digital activities to nurture the lead funnel.
• Provides market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
• Supports the VP Business Development to develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Executes marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget.
• Provides assistance and communicates the marketing plans, strategies, competitive research, forecasts and more to the Sales team in order to achieve the company’s goals.
• Apply for relevant industry awards.
• Researches competitive products, companies, industry trends and provides this information to the VP Business Development and the Sales Team.

Salary: $44,774.77-$64,562.57 per year
