About the role:
We are seeking an individual who can provide part-time assistance in our back-office business operations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail, high levels of energy, the ability to manage multiple tasks, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the firm’s Managing Partners with all business-related matters, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing for timesheets and expenses, meeting preparations, etc.
· Manage office facilities including meeting rooms, kitchen, and general organization of the office.
· Work with the firm’s IT provider to ensure the smooth execution of daily IT-related operations.
· Works with the firm’s facility and equipment vendors to ensure seamless operations.
· Assist the firm’s accountant in various accounting-related activities as required.
· Assist with various recruiting administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, feedback, etc.)
· Support the improvement of the firm’s knowledge management system (SharePoint).
· Maintain effective filing system of client projects and company information.
· Provide additional administrative support to the consultant team as required, i.e. booking interviews, arranging business travels, etc.
· Provide support for corporate initiatives or special projects as needed.
What you will bring:
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration, ideally in a client service environment
· Ability to work independently to complete tasks and solve problems while maintaining excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and high quality of work
· Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
· Sound judgment, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Initiative and ability to anticipate what may need to be done
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines
· Demonstrated passion and desire to learn and a willingness to contribute to company success
· University or College degree preferred
· Proficiency in a variety of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Working Hours/Location:
· This role requires an individual who can work in-person at the Level5 office 3 days a week (no remote)
