Lexop is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager — open to remote work within Montreal.

WHY YOU?
The Accounting Manager will play a critical role within the management team and will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will develop and implement accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure a clear and accurate financial portrait of the organization. This person will also be in charge of business planning & budgeting and will support the following areas: investor relations, human resources, and administration. This is a great opportunity for a finance and operations leader to have a meaningful impact and help concretize the growth of an up-and-coming fintech startup. Lastly, this role can evolve to Finance Director subject to reaching certain pre-established milestones and funding stages (i.e.: completing a Series A).
