Job Overview

We wish to appoint a professional Personal Development Coach on a remote basis. Communication with team members will be electronic with mandatory attendance and participation in weekly company-wide training calls for in-house and professional development.

As a Personal Development Coach, you should assist and provide support and necessary training to your team members. You should also help them acquire new skills and learn professional development. In addition to this, you should assess and determine the potential areas for growth and progression.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies across various digital channels.
• Advertise on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
• Identifying prospective candidates and review their applications.
• Evaluate potential candidates via Zoom, email, and calls.
• Connect with warm leads, provide information regarding our programs and events, and qualify candidates using our scripted interviews and selection criteria.
• Proceed with qualified candidates to our professional online presentation and provide support for the highly interested individual to move forward into the programs they choose.
• Create landing pages for different advertising strategies.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
• Attend our three time per week company-wide online training regarding industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
• Continue to learn and grow daily in your own life and role with the help of our award-winning programs that you will have access to.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the potential candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience.
• Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels.
• An open mind and the desire to want more in life.
