Reports To:
The Client Manager reports directly to the Director of Lifelike Stylz Rentals Inc.
Job Overview:
Your role is to maintain the monthly delivery of flower arrangements to clients on a rotational basis in the downtown and great Vancouver area, with the capacity to introduce new clients/businesses to our products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Inspire repeat business from clients, refreshing flowers in a timely manner in accordance with the changeover cycle.
Maintain flowers as directed and report any issues to management.
Maintain accuracy and efficiency with weekly banking.
Respond to phone and email messages and report any issues in a timely manner.
Keep company van in a clean and working order and observe regular maintenance schedule as set out by management (cost incurred by Lifelike Stylz Rentals Inc).
Maintain good records of all receipts.
Keep a log of hours and deliveries on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Customer Service experience is essential.
High service orientation.
Sales skills are beneficial.
Computer Literate.
Driver’s License essential, with an available car park for company Van.
Light lifting is required, and physically capable to carry out the monthly changeover cycle.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management.
Candidate needs to live in Greater Vancouver.
Job Description:

The Client Services Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, communicating regularly with management, recommending different product options to clients, and updating client details. The successful applicant will deliver beautiful flower arrangements to our established client base on a monthly changeover cycle. Flowers are to be refreshed on a regular basis as demonstrated by Lifelike Stylz Rentals Inc.
