The Product team is dedicated to Total Wellbeing, purpose-driven products and championing the discipline of market driven, user-centric product methodology. Our users are internal and external, crossing geographies, segments, lines of business and functional areas. We aim to solve market problems now and before they are needed. We work with teams, partners, and leaders across LifeWorks and innovation eco-systems.
Our team is currently looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Market Insights. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and applying insights that will support evidence-based decision making across the business, you will work with an emerging team of Analysts to monitor market and industry trends. With a specific focus on understanding our customers, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing and evangelizing customer insights that will inform further development of LifeWorks products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives based on best practices in the research industry.  Collaborate and guide others in the design and execution of research projects.
• Conduct market and customer research to gather data and insight about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process for the product or service, including key buyer roles and customer journey mapping.
• Partner with key stakeholders and teams to gain insights, identify market challenges, gather feedback and conversely, regularly share competitive updates across the organization.
• Proactively monitor and analyze external sources and internal information to uncover trends, emerging threats, disruptive changes and potential opportunities within a fast-changing industry.
• Deliver high-quality communications, reports and presentations showing key trends and summarizing complex research findings into short and clear actionable insights.
• Evaluate and recommend systems and tools and keep up to date in developments and best practices in competitive & market intelligence

To succeed in the Senior Analyst, Market Intelligence role, the following core qualifications and skills are required:

• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Market intelligence or related research roles with a proven ability to analyze data, synthesize information, measure performance, and identify opportunities.
• Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English).
• Strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Interpersonal skills oriented toward listening, collaboration, teamwork and resiliency.
• Excellent writing, research and editorial capabilities. You can translate market and industry information for any level of audience, and you are skilled in preparing effective presentations with a straightforward narrative.
• Project organization and coordination skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• A mindset devoted to learning, improving and maintaining a sense of curiosity about the world and the business environment.
• Experience in Corporate Wellness, Mental Health, Wellbeing and digital platforms is an asset.
