Logistics Clerk

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Clerk. You will work with our team of Logistics Coordinators to assist them in ensuring that all freight is delivered in a timely and professional manner and that customer needs are satisfied.

Monday – Friday, Afternoon shift 12pm noon – 9pm.

Key Accountabilities

· Tracking and tracing shipments from transportation carriers

· Communicating with customers and carriers to receive information and updates

· Customer Service related tasks

· Prepare regular reports

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

· Supply chain or logistics education or experience an asset

· Experience working with computerized dispatch systems, LoadLink, GPS Tracking, PCMiler software an asset

· Knowledge of Canadian and US geography

· Understanding of the transportation industry
