What will your responsibility as an Inside Sales Representative?
- Evaluate the customer’s needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and product availability;
- Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products;
- Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, and delivery times;
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business;
- Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer;
- Offering substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
What is the profile we are looking for?
- 1 year of experience in relevant sales role;
- High school diploma, or higher;
- Automotive Knowledge is a strong asset;
- Must have a customer-oriented mentality;
- Must have good communication skills (Written and Oral);
- Must have the ability to deal tactfully with customers;
