LMG is currently looking to strengthen our talented team by hiring an Administrator. This motivated individual will be required to:
Manage all aspects of preparing and processing finance and insurance documentation for our dealer clients
Liaise with dealers and banks regarding deal statuses and troubleshoot printing challenges
Interact with purchasing customers when required
Reconcile error reports from insurance and warranty service providers
Create and maintain internal bank procedures and funding checklists

Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a calm and efficient manner
Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
Working knowledge of a finance institution, accounting firm or insurance company would be an asset, as would previous clerical and reception experience. As a successful candidate, you will have completed or are working towards a business or office administration diploma and/or have previous training in an office administration related position.
Compensation for this position will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience. Our company also offers employee health and life benefits.
