Project Coordinator/Estimator – Manufacturing

The ideal candidate will have project coordination experience in a manufacturing setting. They must demonstrate the ability to overcome challenges promptly while fostering effective communication and decision-making across production, procurement, engineering, and operations departments. Candidates with strong technical aptitude (mechanical and/or electrical) are ideal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain CTO product portfolio information, update production tracking, and communicate status.
• Provide technical support during assembly and testing, collaborate with production and engineering for improvements, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and update product costs while maintaining Bill of Materials accuracy.
• Independently and collaboratively prepare project quotes, contributing to comprehensive RFP response packages and keeping standard content updated.
• Prepare quotes for various offerings, including training.
• Independently prepare service and parts quotes and track the status of all service orders.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule service calls.
• Assist the Operations Manager with project/production coordination, including material coordination for assembly.
• Support unique project requirements and update production-related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor delivery with project schedule and work with vendors to ensure up-to-date cross-border documentation.
• Update engineering information as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Technologist Certification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in manufacturing providing production support.
• Experience in estimating electro-mechanical projects and service orders.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using CAD e-viewers is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with a numerical and analytical view.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
