Required skills, qualifications and experience
0-3 years experience
Desktop support – troubleshoot computer, network, printer and audio/visual issues
Software support – troubleshoot Linux, Microsoft® products (Windows® and Office® suite) and antivirus software
Deploy and cable personal computers, servers and other Information Technology (IT) equipment
Create, update and maintain corporate desktop and laptop images
Participate in the purchase of desktop equipment
Maintain inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment
Ensure conference room IT functionality
Provide user support to CSI ISS Project staff.
