COMPENSATION: $51,805 – $63,764 Annually Prorated

To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a People & Culture Coordinator.
JOB SUMMARY:
As the first point of contact for employees, the People & Culture Coordinator supports the organization in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for LOFT’s overall employment brand including on-boarding, orientation, compensation, staff engagement, recognition, health and safety, and off-boarding.
The People & Culture Coordinator (P&C Coordinator) supports employees through the full lifecycle of their employment relationship with LOFT and is responsible for HR Metrics and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The P&C Coordinator will report to the Manager, People & Culture and be responsible for providing administrative, analytics and coordination support to LOFT’s Human Resources department, management and other senior staff.
