Looking for Agent au soutien administratif at Laval – North shore, QC Full Time
o Entrer de donnés au logiciel comptable (compte à payer)
o Balancer les visa et comptabilisation
o Gestion des cellulaires et plateformes reliées à ceux-ci
o Ouverture du courrier
o Classement, Scan et renommer les documents selon la nomenclature
o Gestion administratif des dossiers d’équipements (Acquisition et vente)
o Conciliation des données entre 2 logiciels (Avantage et Tracx – Pour client, projet)
o Toutes autres tâches connexes
Exigences et aptitudes:
– DEP (bureautique, secrétariat ou comptabilité)
– Maitrise de la suite Office
– Connaissance comptable
– Collaborer au travail d’équipe
