Do you fit the part?
Responsibilities:
- Receive goods from delivery drivers with either a forklift/reach truck or a pallet jack
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse
- Receive and maintain inventory
- Pack orders according to packing slips with great accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate deliveries from our warehouse to the customers and other Lordco stores, communicating order status and ensuring seamless customer service
- Commit to further advancing one’s warehouse knowledge (ex. equipment, procedures)
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a warehouse and operating forklift and reach truck
- Valid Class 7 or 5 License required, with clean driver’s abstract preferred
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
- Steel toe shoes are required
