Job Description
- Regulate the flow of traffic on job site as per company procedures
- Maintain visual and/or audio contact with co-workers during “flagging” operations
- Working outdoors, in various weather conditions to provide safe work area for customers
- Standing throughout long work days, paying close attention to the the vehicles approaching and leaving the job site(s)
- Other basic labour tasks as required including collecting and unloading signage
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to reliably get to and from various construction sites
- Some knowledge of or experience with traffic control procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable being close by active construction sites, heavy equipment and live traffic
