Job Overview:
As a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility. This includes planning and executing campaigns across various channels, managing the company’s website, optimizing content for search engines, leading paid advertising campaigns, building and leading a high-performing team, and executing project-based email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee project-based digital marketing initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives and enhancing brand visibility.
2. Develop project plans, execute, and track progress of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
3. Take charge of project managing the company’s website, ensuring its currency, user-friendliness, and optimization for search engines.
4. Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and attract targeted traffic.
5. Spearhead the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing campaign performance.
6. Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive project success and individual growth.
7. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective project execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project objectives, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative working environment.
9. Identify training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and keep up with evolving digital marketing trends.

4. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.

6. Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
