Key Responsibilities
• Manage G/L & Vendor reconciliations
• Support Massiv Die-Form and Massiv Automated Systems
• Manage Vendor Set-ups
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare invoices for Intercompany chargebacks.
• Maintain lease schedules
• Prepare month end Revenue Recognition spreadsheet including reconciliation’s to G/L for all operations.
• Job Profitability Analysis
• Cost Analysis by milestone: First Panel to Gauge, Quality Loop.
• Billing analysis.
• Perform additional financial analysis and reports as required.
• Extract Tooling work order related information from Visual and provide to Management as required.
• Close Tooling work orders in Visual.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required and assigned.
• Prepare annual capital budgets for all operations.
• Prepare and coordinate capital purchase approvals for all operations.
• Maintain divisional capital database for all operations.
• Assist in monthly reforecast for all operations.
• Prepare monthly opportunity and risk schedules and variance analysis reports for Cosma reporting.
• Prepare quarterly fixed assets continuity and other schedules for Cosma reporting.
• Responsible for applicable QEMS policies, procedures and work instructions.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
• CPA or Close to CPA completion
• Minimum of four to five years related experience.
• Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing or equivalent, General Ledger, Job Costing, A/P, A/R, data transfer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Orientation, WHMIS, Fire Extinguisher Training, 5S, CI Suggestion Program.
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 training as prescribed by QEMS
