We are on the hunt for a Sales professional who wants to go all in into the world of recruitment (closing deals, making money, and most importantly helping people!). In this new role, you will be responsible for working with management on all recruitment projects – to start, this position will support our sr recruiters, learning the ins and outs of the staffing industry. If you have a sales background, are very good at writing well put together emails, prospecting, working harder then anyone else you know, and speaking with people.. then we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for learning each stage of the recruitment biz, from Business Development (researching companies, prospecting, emailing, finding new and exciting companies to partner with), to Recruitment (sourcing, headhunting (Linkedin), messaging, prospecting, and candidate research), then Candidate Management (interviewing, screening, presenting profiles, and project management), and lastly Client Management (interfacing with clients, consulting with c-suite hiring managers, and managing the cycle of accounts). This role will start as a Sales Specialist but will grow over a 12 month timeline. This is a 100% remote position. First choice would be candidates on (PST time zone)

The role will follow this timeline:
Phase 1: Learn the ins and outs of business development and lead generation, conducting research on various industry verticals and professions.
Phase 2: Graduate into mastering how to source and headhunt senior executives via: Linkedin, Social, WOM, and ATS management. Attend new intakes and take meeting minutes. Support our team with sourcing, screening, and handling administration of the end-to-end recruitment process as needed.
Phase 3: Transition into full-cycle recruitment, responsible for client management, holding intake meetings with new and existing clients, and building long-lasting relationships with our future partners.
