We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Digital Media Specialist with superior analytical skills and a passion for digital media.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you are responsible for developing full-cycle digital strategies and report on performance to ensure the growth of our brands.

We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Digital Media Specialist with superior analytical skills and a passion for digital media.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you are responsible for developing full-cycle digital strategies and report on performance to ensure the growth of our brands.
Responsibilities:
•Implement paid media strategies to grow brand awareness, conversions and leads through marketing performance, search engine and conversion optimization for a portfolio of brands
•Execute data driven paid marketing strategy through creation of Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook marketing campaigns and their optimization
•Work with marketing team to establish campaign objectives and key KPIs to track throughout
•Lead recommendations for ongoing campaign optimizations to achieve KPIs
•Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console to analyze campaign performance and share results with marketing team
•Create campaign performance reports, monthly spend reporting and ad hoc reports as needed
•Explore new digital media channels and share industry best practices internally
•Manage relationships with internal teams and external marketing/media partners
Qualifications & Skills:
•2+ years in similar role
•Excellent Excel and analytical skills
•Strong understanding of paid search/SEM, SEO and web products
•Strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok others)
•Experience working with Google Analytics
•Experience with Shopify E-commerce analytics (an asset)
•English fluency to engage with US-based media partners
•Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
•Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
