Working out of Langley, and reporting to the Operations Manager, located in Kelowna, BC, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing and providing efficient inventory, storage and transportation of products in and out of our Langley and Kelowna locations. The Logistics Coordinator, in collaboration with the team in Kelowna, analyses procedures to ensure we are achieving our goals in customer service, cost containment, productivity and timeliness of pick-up and delivery of shipments. In this position you will:
· Manage incoming deliveries
· Monitor inventory requirements for fulfilling outgoing customer orders
· Deal directly with external parties, including: customers, suppliers, couriers, freight brokers and vendors
· Be a contributing member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
· Make a difference in the communities in which you live, work and play
· Have a lot of fun!
