The headquarters is currently looking for a Training Assistant. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and maintain the training materials and records
- Provide administrative support on training programs e.g., filing and data entry
- Translate the documents from English to Simplified Chinese or vice versa
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
