With almost 30 years of experience in international and Canadian distribution, our portfolio has expanded to include in-house design and product development, a thriving private label business, and retail.

We are looking for an intermediate Accounts Payable candidate.

Responsibilities

·        Manage all accounts payable functions, knowledge of full accounting cycle

·        Prepare and process banking electronic (wire) transfers and payments

·        Issuance of Letters of Credit

·        Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

·        Prepare monthly credit card reports

·        Prepare and submit monthly GST/QST

·        Prepare monthly intercompany transfers and invoices

·        Provide supporting documentation for audits

·        Able to work autonomously and in a team

·        Ability to meet deadlines

Experience

·        Experience in accounts payable

·        Preferably experience in needle trade industry
