The Opportunity:
The Manager of Business Programs and Initiatives will support several initiatives and programs supporting the Dealer and the Insurance division. The incumbent will manage programs that span across an Advisors’ life cycle from the moment they are recruited and onboarded to the time they execute on their succession plan.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic design, planning and execution of high-impact business programs in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Global Wealth to ensure seamless rollout and success of various initiatives.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets and performance standards.
Engage with senior leadership and external partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on business priorities.
Mentor and lead a dedicated team of specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a related field with a solid understanding of how independent wealth advisors practice/operate
Proven leadership expertise in managing and providing guidance to a team of direct reports.
Take proactive responsibility for several initiatives relating to operations, marketing, technology and events
Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East
Salary range is expected to be between
$82,500.00 CAD – $148,500.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
