The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a flawless recruitment process
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and effective strategies in talent acquisition within the industry.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
Previous experience recruiting for Corporate Functions/Global Functions/Shared Services roles in North America and Europe would be preferred.
Proven track record of successfully implementing talent acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools, including social media and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling a variety of tasks and adapting to a fast-paced work setting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week in a Manulife office (onsite).
Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is an asset.
Bilingualism, English/French is an asset.

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$70,350.00 CAD – $117,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
