Role Description

This is a hybrid International Student Recruitment Agent role, located in the Greater Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. As an International Student Recruitment Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting international students through various channels, including online and offline marketing strategies, working with international educational agencies, and educating potential applicants on academic and extracurricular programs at Maple International College. This is a long-term contract role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in international student recruitment, marketing, or sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with international educational agencies and recruitment partners
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of Canadian education, immigration laws, and regulations is an asset
• Mandarin
