Role Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Intern, you will:

• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu (RED), LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Help develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to audience feedback and comments on our social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in brand management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Advertising, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva is a plus.
• Experience with content creation, including graphic design, photography, and video editing.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for the education industry and helping students achieve their goals.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
