Position Summary
The Director, Product Management – Interoperability is responsible for the vision, execution, delivery, and overall success of PointClickCare’s shared Interoperability Strategy in support of our overall Product portfolio.
This includes being responsible for the overall vision, definition, and delivery of both externally facing and internally-focused Interoperability strategies – including all Products, shared infrastructure & services, and supported strategies that support all lines of PointClickCare business and product portfolio – including those being sold to Providers, Health Plans, Risk Bearing Entities, and other related network members.
The Director will report directly to the VP, Product Management – Platform & Interoperability. They will lead a team and closely collaborate across the organization, overseeing strategy solutions with the goal of increasing the profitability of existing products, the overall viability and scalability of our growing portfolio, and introducing and developing new products to increase market share and deliver additional profit potential.
The Director will be critical in driving PointClickCare’s overall Data Sharing and Interoperability approach and represent our company both internally and externally as an advocate and thought leader, partnering across business lines and working closely with Product and Engineering leadership across the portfolio of offerings.
The Director, Product Management will interact with various people across the organization to drive the success of their products and strategies and be a key member of our Product Management organization. This includes, but is not limited to, Executive Leadership, Market Development, Engineering, Government and Regulatory Affairs, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales. The Director will also be expected to coach, manage, and grow a small team of Product Managers, Technical Managers, and Subject Matter Experts where applicable.
