Seeking an experienced labourer with time spent on sites with heavy equipment, snow removal and construction landscaping. Year round work is available if you possess the right skill set. We are open to discussing how your qualifications fit with our goals, if you feel you would be a great fit please reach out.
Jobs vary but include septic system installation, demolition, sewer/water line, landscaping, excavation, road and driveway development for both commercial and residental clients.
Seeking:
– Prior work experience around heavy equipment
– Able to adapt to changes in the scope of work (tasks vary)
– Understand and able to use laser level, compactors
– Physically fit
– Own transportation and reliable worker
– Able to interact with coworkers and customers
– Willing to learn and work without direct supervision in a safe manner
– Positive attitude leaving personal drama at the door when you arrive to work
Mandatory requirements:
- Valis NS drivers license
- Able to read, write and understand safety policies and procedures
- Valid first aid and whimis required
- Clear drivers abstract
- 5+ years as an insured driver in Canada
- References
Air brake endorsement with experience driving is an asset.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7am – approximately 5pm (some days are later or earlier)
