Role Summary
This roles works to support the sales and marketing department. This is primarily an administrative position that requires strong computer skills, an impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
Checking the sales and order entry emails regularly
Entering orders as they come within 24 hours
Ensuring 100% order accuracy after first 30 days of work
Sending advance ship notice and tracking information through online portals for relevant clients
Being the gate keeper of UPC codes, product information (content) and order/shipping status to provide this information to the Sales Team
Maintaining a Source of Truth file of our full assortment with product content and specs
Creating Web analysis for key customers to update Megapro product content and images in their websites
Managing pricing in ERP to be up to date with any changes
Assisting sales team in arranging samples to be shipped to clients
Assisting sales team with any forms or files sent by customer to be successfully fill out and have a direct contact with customer if presented with any questions or roadblocks.
Pulling and analyzing sales data from Spire for sales team
Minute taking on the Sales Team Meetings
Knowledge of shipping to cover in the Warehouse
Taking notes and answering questions during virtual sales presentations
Helping sales team to create video and visuals for online meetings
Updating and creating new imprinting mockups and cliches
Revising and creating marketing collateral
Lead generation and vetting for the sales team
Answering client service and price check questions
Preparation and attendance at various tradeshows
Experience & Skills Required
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent positive interpersonal skills
Proficiency using CRM & ERP software (experience with Zoho & Spire is an asset)
Proficient in general cloud computing and Office 365
Intermediate Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills required
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
High level of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
Working on-site in the Langley office with the possibility of working one day per week remotely
