Our firm helps entrepreneurs take their private Canadian company public in the United States (or Canada) so they can raise capital, acquire profitable companies, recruit the best talent, close more deals, build a much larger business, and significantly increase their business valuation.
Our founder has facilitated initial public offerings, direct listings and reverse merger transactions that helped CEOs create more than $10 billion in shareholder value. He’s been an institutionally ranked technology analyst, partner of a 700-person investment banking firm, analyst for two multi-billion-dollar asset management firms and has taken seventeen companies public, included four of his own.
Opportunity
We’re looking for independent business consultants who can introduce entrepreneurs that want to learn more about taking their company public.
This is a great opportunity if you’re already connected or regularly connecting with entrepreneurs and CEOs. People who have excelled at this have been business consultants, accountants, lawyers, seasoned business executives, current or former investment bankers, registered investment advisors, fund managers, business buyers, etc.
Training
We’ll provide basic training to get you started. As you perform, we’ll increase the training and support.
Location
100% remote.
Compensation
An independent business consultant would generally earn five thousand in cash and between twenty and forty thousand dollars in equity compensation for each entrepreneur they introduce who engages us to take their company public. The sales cycle is generally about three months from introduction to any engagement.

As stated above, all compensation is based on performance. Source a deal and get paid. There is no hourly, weekly or monthly pay for this position. This position is a great “add-on” if you already have enough income to pay your bills and are looking to earn more. If you’re already working with entrepreneurs due to your full-time or part-time job, this is a great add-on.
Responsibilities
Leverage your existing personal and professional network, use online platforms and in-person meetings to identify entrepreneurs who want to learn more about taking their company public. All you need to do is make an introduction and we’ll take it from there. You do not need to “sell” them.
Qualifications
Excellent reading comprehension.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to think for yourself.
Self-motivated.
At least 10+ years of sales, marketing, business development or C-level skills.
Ideally, you already have 500+ LinkedIn connections.
