What You’ll Do:
This is a strategic recruitment opportunity. We are searching for someone who get’s excited about the search. This is a problem solver role where you will work to figure out where to find the unique and diverse people we need to exceed our plans. Although processing incoming candidates is part of the role, the real separation comes from what you do when the optimal candidate is not in the applicant pool.
Some of the typical responsibilities will include:
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and help define clear role descriptions
Develop strategic recruitment plans that focus on best candidates in a timely fashion
Collaborate internally as well with extensive external network to identify ideal candidates
Continual education in recruitment best practices including diversity, equity, and inclusion
International travel to offices, career fairs or related events
Minimum qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Human Resources or in a related field.
7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical fields
Proven ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc.).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Agency recruitment experience in a highly technical, in-demand field
Experience with immigration processes
