The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of analytics and insights to operations and senior leadership. They will be part of the team that brings decision, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to life to support operational performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

We focus on efficiency, people, financial, and effectiveness analytics to drive change and improve prediction and planning.

• Project management mastery: ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously using PMO methodology, standards, and governance

• Great attitude and demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity
• Ability to have fun, work hard and make a difference

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Familiarity with software development or analytics reporting development
• 5 + years’ experience and demonstrated ability in managing a range of diverse projects simultaneously and across different time zones
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• PMP Certification preferred
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Experience in database design, data architecture, data mining, and analytics is a plus
• Proven facilitation, negotiation, and influential skills and entrepreneurial approach
• Flexible and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
