Primary Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator will work with Project Managers and technical team members in support of Transit Engineering and Facilities projects and studies. We are seeking a hands-on team player who will be able to assist project managers on a daily basis. Specific responsibilities include written reports and documentation, development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules; monitoring and tracking the progress of project work; project reviews, quality audits, presentations; project set-up, preparation of client billings; revenue recognition; working with project managers to proactively identify project budget and schedule problems and implement corrective actions; review of invoices ans monitoring the status of accounts receivable. Accurate and timely performance and strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
