The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a trusted advisor who manages the full recruitment life cycle for corporate salaried roles and helps build high performing teams
Your responsibilities:
- Consult with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies to identify, attract and hire the best talent for their needs
- Act as a brand and culture ambassador, and strive to enhance the candidate experience
- Proactively source and recruit candidates through available databases, social media platforms, and local networks
- Prepare and post job descriptions on our website and identify other websites to maximize posting impact
- Lead the interview and assessment process and provide hiring recommendations
- Prepare and present job offers and support the hiring and onboarding process
- Ensure internal policies, best practice and employment legislation are being followed in all recruitment activities
- Provide suggestions for recruiting process improvements and efficiencies
You are:
- A dynamic talent acquisition professional with a passion for developing partnerships and advising hiring managers
- An effective team player, that is results-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities
Your qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
- Demonstrate a highly collaborative approach and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding and utilization of Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong work ethic coupled with a client-centric approach to service
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- A sense of humour and great team spirit
