As a Sales Operations Intern, you will act as a trusted advisor to determine how commercial licensing and contracting should be changed to best meet customer needs.

This is a 8 month consecutive internship with start dates in April 2024
Responsibilities
Leverages understanding of sales science (e.g., pipeline metrics, closed rates, competitive selling) to establish a strategic sales execution cadence.
Builds connections with executives and business and technical decision makers in the assigned accounts to establish trust and credibility in future interactions.
Develops an understanding of the customer’s industry and top priorities and current transformational strategies for assigned accounts.
Develops value-proposition presentations (e.g., with the use of business cases) and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning for assigned accounts and sets strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field.
Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
A desire and business acumen and the ability to understand business needs
Ability to review/consume information and provide insights, hypothesis or conclusions
Verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
Ability to scale business processes across a breadth of business and functions
Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $4,250.
