Our client in Toronto is actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20/Hour

Job Description

• Review customer credit scores through equifax and D&B
• Assist with setting customer credit limits
• Make recommendations on hold/release of customer orders
• Manage the collection activities for a portfolio of 1500 customer accounts
• Set up of new customer accounts
• Working with the sales team to resolve customer invoice/credit issues
• Liaise with cash applications team to resolve any payment issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience including background with credit
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience in Client industry or having dealt with BIG BOX retailers an asset
• Must have advanced level excel skills
• Previous experience working with large erp systems similar to sap an asset
